- You must contact us, using the above contact number, if you go into hospital or before incurring any medical expenses above USD $250. Failure to do so may result in benefits being limited.
- Due to international embargoes & restrictions on currency movement between countries, in certain countries our ability to provide "cashless" facilities and to settle covered medical expenses directly to a treating medical facility may not be possible. In this event you will need to settle costs incurred yourself and make a claim upon your return home.
